Compensation Plan Overview

Once you have enrolled as an Associate, it is important for you to become active and remain active every month in order to be eligible to earn commissions. You do this by ensuring that, starting out, you have at least 100 Personal Volume (PV) points every single month. ASEA’s convenient autoship program, in which ASEA automatically ships your products to you every month, makes this quick and easy. Customer volume will also be included in your Personal Volume.

Asea Product Retail Sales


You just purchase the ASEA products for wholesale prices, and sell them at the standard retail prices. By doing this you are able to profit by the difference.

Preferred Customer Bonus


You will earn $25 on each case of product (ASEA Redox or Renu28) purchased by your Preferred Customers via their monthly autoship orders.

Asea Fast Start Bonus


You will earn an ASEA Fast Start Bonus each time you personally sponsor a new ASEA Associate who buys an ASEA Enrollment Pack during their one-time enrollment process. This order is billed immediately and is separate from their monthly autoship order.

The Director Bonus


If you earn the Director rank within two calendar weeks or less, calculated from the date of your own Associate enrollment, you will receive a one-time $50 Director Bonus. Please see the ASEA compensation plan for details.

Team Commissions


As you build two legs or teams within your organization, with a minimum of 300 GV in each leg, you will earn a 10% commission based on the volume of your leg with less volume. *See the ASEA compensation plan for more details, including but not limited to “carry over” and “plan max” limits.

Executive Momentum Pool (EMP) Bonus


You will earn your proportionate share of global sales revenue for limited timeframes as you advance through the ASEA executive ranks of Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Executive Momentum Pool (EMP) Bonus is awarded based on paid-at rank each week during the specified time period following your successful paid-at-rank reaching the qualifying rank of Bronze through Platinum for two consecutive weeks. *See the ASEA compensation plan for more details.

Check Match Bonus


You will earn your check match bonuses based on your personal sponsorship tree (not your binary tree). This is made up of the Associates that you’ve personally sponsored, and on the ones they’ve personally sponsored, and so on, up to seven generations down. *See ASEA compensation plan for more details.

The Diamond Pool


You will earn your proportionate share of 3% of ASEA’s global sales revenue, on the basis of your current paid-at rank and the Personal Group Volume generated within your levels (based on which Diamond+ rank you are qualifying for during the qualifying period).
